We also see Barter being featured on prime TV (Timebank.com, timebank.org) of course those subscribers are pretty stupid to post it on the internet for the IRS to see and tax, but still call it time-bank, call it barter, it is a Black Market for goods and services. Something we used to joke about with the USSR and third world countries, but now have here.
Black markets always appear when the Government takes more than what the general public think is a fair share of their labor.
