Potatoes all over the house.

“Came home to potatoes all over the house. Thought the pantry must of exploded. Brandi dog decided it would be fun to get into the pantry and fling potatoes everywhere. There were potatoes scattered all over the floor of the living room, some on the couches, a couple on the bed in the bed room and a few in the hall way.....I have a strange dog.”

“Did you take pics?”

“That would of been great. Saddly I don't have a camera right now...its on my christmas list though!

I can't wait untill this one starts settling down though, this hound has been the most destructive messy and hard to housebreak dog ever LOL. Sweet as can be, but has to be into everything the moment you have your back turned. She has a billion toys but you think she cares? Nope, everything off limets is a game.

“That reminds me of when Pinky was a katten, SC! He was banned to my bedroom at the time (lived with my parents for a YEAR after we were married)he got bored, and opened a big bag of Skittles. He pushed a big pile of them out under the door. I came upstairs and had no idea how the candy got there, then I watched as a little white foot pushed candy after candy after candy out through the gap. I really wished I'd gotten a photo.”

“You have not lived until you've had a dog tear open a 50 pound sack of _instant mashed potatoes_ and spread them all over the house. The layer was like 4" thick in some places. I had to get the cleaned up. It took me about 4 loads of the shop vac to suck all those flakes up. That dog was so proud. But she was a biter and we had to give her back to the rescue agency or my daughter would not have a face left.”

“I have come home to find a love seat barebones with bits of foam and fabric everywhere,(they work better in pairs). But the worst was a seven inch thick "Funk and Wagnells" dictionary torn apart page by page. I loved that dictionary! Bored puppies are the worst!

SC, we had great success w/ a Kong and peanut butter or a pryrex bowl upside down w/ a milkbone underneath, placed on the linoleum. Kept them busy enough that they left our stuff alone.”

“Sass, you could put a beer under that bowl to keep Birch entertained for a few hours:)”

“I don't know Nimblefoot. He seems to figure out how to get his beer and get it opened with little difficulty. =D”

“my sister was at the store once and she heard people yelling and running. found out her dog got out of the car window and was running in the store scaring people. I still laugh at that story years later

“Year 1984, breed: mixed shnauzer/lapsa pup. Real Cute. Loved "Fresh Step" Kitty litter better than the litter box- came home to find a 20# bag spread over half of the open space from DR to KT to Foyer. Covered about
200 sf of wood and vinyl flooring with the sweet smell of fresh litter. Whatta mess!”
