Chris passed away April 11, 2000. He was 36 years old. On the morning of the 11th he fell on the floor. The autopsy revealed an embolism in the lung.

“I'm not going to whine or anything, but I'm really sick of people so much younger than I dying.

A young friend died this summer, 41, two children and a wife on a waiting list for a lung transplant and his friend who was just told his kidney (removed) tumour had metastasised to his liver.

Both kids I used to play rugby with.”

“I lost one of my road-trippin' buddies in August '06. He would have been 51 years old six weeks later. I had known him since 1970 when we were teenagers pumping gasoline just outside Washington.
Mike died of a brain aneurysm and went fairly quick.

Phil/Bearmagnet met up with me and Jack, whom I have known since Boy Scouts and who was the third member of our road-tippin' trio in the '70s.
The three of us roasted and toasted the past present and future at a filthy bar in D.C.
Phil's Dani joined us as well.

Sixteen months later Phil was gone.”
