Northern California Suggestions...
Hi Everyone! I was hopping for some suggestions. I'm going to be hiking/camping with a group(6) of beginners and are looking to hike in mid-June. We are looking for something in Northern California/Southern Oregon. 10(ish) mile moderate hike, and looking to camp for 3 days at the end of the hike. Honestly, I'd like to see as few people as possible during this hike. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you very much for your time. :)

I hiked to Seven Lakes Basin near Mt. Shasta on the PCT when I was there at Thanksgiving. Not a lot of miles, but lots of lakes to explore. Here's a link. Check out the book mentioned for lots more ideas in the area.

Try the Marble Mt. Wilderness or Trinity Alps, depending on the snow pack, may have some issues. Thousand Lakes, Caribou Wildernesses. They are easy. Caribou could be combined with a trip into Lassen Park to get enough mileage if needed. Thousand Lakes may be too small for three days.

Lots of good hikes in Marble Mountains, Trinities etc. Lots of other good hikes in California but the further north you go the less company you will have. Mid-June could be early though. If it ever rains/snows this year you could have trouble with snow and impassible streams.
Where are you from in California? There used to be a lot of us on TT but most have gone to smaller boards. Try High Sierra Topix - http://highsierratopix.com/

If you want to drop out, Modoc National Forest is the least used national forest in the United States. Your chances of seeing noone are pretty good. I can't really recommend any trails since I am just starting to explore this area myself.

Yea, not many people in the Warner Wilderness, at least in Sept. I was going to mention that, but thought there could be snow up higher where the trail is on the western side.
