Looks like a road under construction. They'll patch that hole after the power company gets its head out of its ass and gets moving.

Maybe the road builders had their head up their a$$? The power line was there before the road.

I'm sure they had to stick to strict tolerances and couldn't move it the 50 feet that would have fixed this. The contract with the state would specify it.

Saw the same thing in a new subdivision near me. Even though it had a thousand feet of road frontage, the only entrance had to be on spot X. Right in the middle of spot X was a power pole, so they built the road around it. Later on the power company finally got around to moving it to the side of the new road. I'm guessing the access right agreement with the county specified where this entrance had to be and when they showed up with the heavy equipment to lay the road bed someone said - 'aww $hit, who forgot to eyeball the stupid power pole'?

Maybe it was some damn engineer with his head up his ass that couldn't be bothered to make a simple site visit.

Design engineer probably did make a visit and probably planned to relocate utilities. Power company probably ran into environmental issues or negotiation problems with property owners that delayed the relocation. Contractor was like, "Dude, I am here and ready to work. I am loosing money and its not my fault. If I can't pave I will be filing a claim for damages and extra time." Poor little DOT construction engineer says, "Fvck it. pav away, its not like there is traffic on this road yet." Dumb ass with internet access and no clue sees pic and says, "Haha, fail."

chili, I think that pic has been used on this forum before, or if not this one, another and the homosexuality issue was joked about. So its possible that xl is more a plagiarist than a homosexual. (XL, you can think me for my excellent defense of your character, now). And I, being a fine reader read XL's post and then, like you, noticed the they were both the same sex. So its nice to know the next time I want to "read the book" I can get you to hold it for me. ;)

LOL

Chili insinuated that you were a homosexual because you recognized right away that the cows were engaging in homosexual behavior. I defended your honor by saying that that picture is not new to FAIL threads and that the jokes about the cows have been made before. So you aren't necessarily a homosexual, you could be a plagiarist :).

Oh, and then I called chili a homosexual for noticing after your post that the cows were homosexual the same way that that made me a homosexual. We are going to have one hell of a book club.

I wasn't defending the honor of homosexuals. I was defending XL's honor. If he is homosexual, then he has been living a lie and deceiving, friends, family and enemies alike. That could be considered dishonorable.

Whereas it does not necessarily indicate homosecuality if deceiving friends, family and enemies alike.
