Hmm now I know this has to be a Brit. Only Brits spell it ARSE. In the land of miss spelled English the excepted spelling is ASS.

Oh and the Koala Bear in the play set is there so that our Australian friends are not forgotten. I mean when did you EVER here of them being included in anything?

Tarabull and I did a Lake Superior circle tour this past summer and stopped at a small gouda cheese farm outside of Thunder Bay. The owner had two small goats in a pen out front---one with horns, one without. As we were petting and feeding them, sure as shiit the horned one put his head through the fence and couldn't pull it back through. I had to help the poor little guy get his head back before he panicked. (of course I mocked him first and took a picture.)

"Nature is not kind;
It treats all things impartially.
The Sage is not kind,
And treats all people impartially.
Nature is like a bellows,
Empty, yet never ceasing its supply.
The more it moves, the more it yields;
So the sage draws upon experience
And cannot be exhausted." -- Lao Tzu

lower case i's don't change the meaning of the sentence, so no fail

where'd crash's semantics picture go?

They are grammatically incorrect and therefore a "fail".

Shouldn't it be "They are grammatically incorrect and therefore are 'fails'"?

The sentence is the "fail", which is singular.

Is the subject 'Sentance' or 'Pet Peeves'. That determines whether the 'Fail' is singular or plural.

The sentence is the "fail", which is singular

in the sentence: "They are grammatically incorrect and therefore a 'fail'"

the pronoun they refers to lower case i's and no punctuation. those are two things and are therefore plural
