Sign In Issues - Help

“Wolfeyes asked me to post for help (cause she can't!). She hasn't been able to sign in using her password. This happened just after she cleaned up her computer and deleted cookies. (yes, she is sure her password is correct!)

She tried creating a new user id and the message said it was successful however no password email has been rec'vd and it's been three weeks.

The only contact info she can find is for Elise so sending an email is not helping...

Any ideas? Post them here. She won't be able to respond so don't think she isn't still reading them.

“has she been looking in her junk folder for the password email. Thats where I found mine when I created my last username. Its appropriate that emails from the new owners end up in the junk folder. (I mean if there really are new owners.) We could all be figments of our imagination, or maybe we are using a server that was left running in one of the decommissioned missile silos.”

“She could also check her spam folder and see if the email was placed there.

Now if you look you would think that hyway beat me to this solution but you would be forgetting crazy TT time! I actually posted this 5 minutes BEFORE hyway! LOL!!!

Today I tried to log in from the main page and got a blank green screen. I had to view a thread to get the login option.

That doesn't sound like the problem wolfeyes is having, but there it is anyway...”
