You know, something occured to me today. I'm done arguing with the UBER left. I honestly believe that it doesn't matter to you what these people are or how extremely radical their idea are. Here’s a question that has been nagging me for months. Are Obama’s ever-growing number of “czars” constitutional? I am not a constitutional scholar, but I have read the document.

“Article II. Section 2. “He (the President) shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consults, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein provided for, and which shall be established by law; but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments.”

As I read it, the Constitution is very specific about whom the President may appoint and he can do so only within parameters “established by law” and this applies specifically to the “heads of departments.” I interpret this to mean Cabinet Secretaries, all of whom must be vetted and approved for their positions by the Senate.

The Republican National Committee’s conservative caucus recently passed a resolution expressing their concern noting that “The U.S. Constitution explicitly states government officers with significant authority (called ‘principal officers’) must be nominated by the President and are subject to a vote of the U.S. Senate.”

Obama’s appointments are clearly “principal officers” though it will be argued that they are only advisors to the office of the President. Clearly, Obama’s appointments are not heads of departments, but they appear to have been granted an unknown degree of influence and control as regards their responsibilities. They function “in the dark.”

For example, since we have a Department of Labor why do we need an “Auto Recovery” czar, Ed Montgomery, who reports to Larry Summers, the President’s top economic advisor? What can he do to effect recovery? And, constitutionally speaking is it lawful for the United States to have “ownership” of General Motors? Or any other private enterprise? I think not.

Why does President Obama need a “Special Envoy for Climate Change”? Todd Stern reports to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, but we have the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration that includes the National Weather Service. What exactly does Stern do and why? Stern is best known for having helped negotiate the Kyoto climate pact which was based on the discredited claims of a global warming that is not happening. It was instantly rendered void by the exemption of nations such as China and India.

Meanwhile, the so-called energy and environment czar, Carol Browner, is reportedly coordinating policy in the same area as the “climate change” czar despite the fact that we have both a Department of Energy and an Environmental Protection Agency. Obama's choice for “Green Jobs” czar, Van Jones, is a Marxist radical.

I could go on, but the point, obviously, is that there is an enormous amount of overlap going on and it involves appointees who give the appearance of being doppelgangers to the existing Secretaries and the huge bureaucracies they oversee. They answer directly to the President, but presumably so do the Secretaries whom we occasionally see gathered around a huge table in cabinet meetings.

If these people who have not been approved by the Senate or occupy positions that have not been “established by law” and are not “heads of departments” exist solely at the pleasure of the President, are we not hip deep in some very muddy waters concerning who is answerable to the Senate or House committees?

I am of the belief that Obama has methodically gone about creating a shadow government of men and women with undefined powers, but who likely have even more influence with the Oval Office than those who hold office under the mandates of the Constitution.

To borrow a term from the White House, it all smells “fishy” to me in ways that go beyond just the provision of advice and which likely intrude deeply into the process by which laws and regulations are drafted and enacted.

There are now some thirty or more of these “czars” and they represent a threat to the authority of the Congress and could be utilized in some manufactured “crisis” to take control of the federal government, dispensing with the rule of law.”

Van Jones
Born in 1968 in rural West Tennessee, Van Jones (whose birth name was Anthony Jones) attended the University of Tennessee at Martin. As an undergraduate aspiring to a career in journalism, he founded an underground campus newspaper as well as a statewide African American newspaper. After earning his BA degree, Jones abandoned his plan to become a journalist and instead enrolled at Yale Law School, where, as an angry black separatist, he first arrived wearing combat boots and carrying a Black Panther bookbag. "If I’d been in another country, I probably would have joined some underground guerrilla sect," he reflects. "But as it was, I went on to an Ivy League law school…. I wasn’t ready for Yale, and they weren’t ready for me." …

During his years at Yale, Jones served as an intern with the San Francisco-based Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights (LCCR), which views the United States as an irredeemably racist nation and “champions the legal rights of people of color, poor people, immigrants and refugees, with a special commitment to African-Americans.”

Jones says he became politically radicalized in the aftermath of the deadly April 1992 Los Angeles riots which erupted shortly after four L.A. police officers who had beaten the now-infamous Rodney King were exonerated in court. “I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th,” says Jones, “and then the verdicts came down on April 29th. By August, I was a communist.”

In early May 1992, after the L.A. riots had ended, Jones was dispatched by LCCR Executive Director Eva Patterson to serve as a legal monitor at a nonviolent protest (against the Rodney King verdicts) in San Francisco. Local police, fearful that the event would devolve into violence, stopped the proceedings and arrested many of the participants, including all the legal monitors. Jones spent a short time in jail, and all charges against him were subsequently dropped.

Recalling his brief incarceration, Jones says: “I met all these young radical people of color. I mean really radical: communists and anarchists. And it was, like, ‘This is what I need to be a part of.’ I spent the next ten years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary.”

After leaving Yale in 1993, Jones relocated to San Francisco, where he helped establish Bay Area Police Watch, a hotline and lawyer-referral service that began as a project of LCCR and specialized in demonizing local police. In 1996 he founded the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, which, claiming that the American criminal-justice system was infested with racism, sought to promote alternatives to incarceration…

By the late 1990s, Jones was a committed Marxist-Leninist-Maoist who viewed police officers as the arch-enemies of black people, and who loathed capitalism for allegedly exploiting nonwhite minorities worldwide. He became a leading member of Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM), a Bay-Area Marxist-Maoist collective that was staffed by members of various local nonprofits, a number of whom had ties to the Ella Baker Center. STORM would grow in influence until 2002, when it disbanded due to internal squabbles…

In the early 2000s, Jones and STORM were active in the anti-Iraq War demonstrations organized by International ANSWER, a front group for the Marxist-Leninist Workers World Party. STORM also had ties to the South African Communist Party and it revered Amilcar Cabral, the late Marxist revolutionary leader (of Guinea-Bissau and the Cape Verde Islands) who lauded Lenin as “the greatest champion of the national liberation of the peoples.” (In 2006 Van Jones would name his own newborn son “Cabral” — in Amilcar Cabral’s honor.)

During his tenure with STORM, Jones collaborated on numerous projects (including antiwar demonstrations) with local activist Elizabeth “Betita” Martinez, who served as a “mentor” for members of the Ella Baker Center. Martinez was a longtime Maoist who went on to join the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism (CCDS), a Communist Party USA splinter group, in the early 1990s. To this day, Martinez continues to sit on the CCDS advisory board alongside such luminaries as Angela Davis, Timuel Black (who served on Barack Obama’s 2004 Senate campaign committee), and musician Pete Seeger. Martinez is also a board member of the Movement for a Democratic Society, the parent organization of Progressives for Obama. Martinez and Van Jones together attended a “Challenging White Supremacy” workshop which advanced the theme that “all too often, the unconscious racism of white activists stands in the way of any effective, worthwhile collaboration” with blacks.

In 2005 Jones and the Ella Baker Center produced the “Social Equity Track” for the United Nations’ World Environment Day celebration, a project that eventually would evolve into the Baker Center’s Green-Collar Jobs Campaign — “a job-training and employment pipeline providing ‘green pathways out of poverty’ for low-income adults in Oakland.”

Soon after attending the Clinton Global Initiative in September 2007, Jones launched “Green For All,” a non-governmental organization “dedicated to building an inclusive green economy strong enough to lift people out of poverty … advocating for local, state and federal commitment to job creation, job training, and entrepreneurial opportunities in the emerging green economy – especially for people from disadvantaged communities.”

Said Jones: "There is a green wave coming, with renewable energy, organic agriculture, cleaner production. Our question is, will the green wave lift all boats? That’s the moral challenge to the people who are the architects of this new, ecologically sound economy. Will we have eco-equity, or will we have eco-apartheid? Right now we have eco-apartheid. Look at Marin; they’ve got solar this, and bio this, and organic the other, and fifteen minutes away by car, you’re in Oakland with cancer clusters, asthma, and pollution."

In 2008 Jones published his first book, The Green Collar Economy, which focused on environmental and economic issues. The book received favorable reviews from such notables as Al Gore, Nancy Pelosi, Laurie David, Winona LaDuke, environmentalist Paul Hawken, and NAACP President/CEO Ben Jealous…

In late February 2009 Jones spoke at a Washington, DC event called Power Shift ’09, which was billed as the largest-ever youth summit (attended by 12,000 young adults) on climate change… Among Jones’ comments were the following:

* "We have to create a green economy. That’s true. that’s true. But we have to create a green economy that Dr. King would be proud of. We have to create a green economy that includes everybody, that has a place in it for everybody…. But the challenge is, will you settle for eco-apartheid?"

* "Now I’m gonna tell you this: All that clean coal stuff … We could have clean coal. I’m for clean coal. But I’ll tell you what. If we’re gonna have clean coal, let’s have a couple other things…. We could power the country with clean coal, or we could have unicorns pull our cars for us … Equally fictitious, equally fantastical, equally ludicrous. You know, so, we could have the tooth fairy bring us our energy at night. I mean, equally ludicrous. There is no such thing as a tooth fairy. There is no such thing as unicorns. And there is no such thing as clean coal, so let’s be clear about that."

* "When we talk about ‘Green for All,’ ‘Green for Everybody,’ where was it written that only men could put up solar panels? Where was it written that only men could manufacture wind turbines? If the green economy has the same sorry track record of sexism; if women in the green economy are making 70 cents to the dollar, just like they’re doing in the pollution-based economy, something’s wrong with our movement…. We need to have gender equity in this movement."

* "What about our Native American sisters and brothers?… They told us a long time ago that this was sacred land…. [They] were pushed and bullied and mistreated and shoved into all the land we didn’t want, where it was all hot and windy. Well, guess what, renewable energy? Guess what, solar industry? Guess what, wind industry? They now own and control 80 percent of the renewable energy resources. No more broken treaties! No more broken treaties! Give them the wealth! Give them then wealth! Give them the dignity! Give them the respect that they deserve! No justice on stolen land! We owe them a debt!"

* "What about our immigrant sisters and brothers? What about people who’ve come here from all around the world, who we’re willing to have out in the fields with poison being sprayed on them, poison being sprayed on them because we have the wrong agricultural system. And we’re willing to poison them and poison the earth to put food on our table, but we don’t want to give them rights, and we don’t want to give them dignity, and we don’t want to give them respect. We need to get down on our knees and thank these Native American communities. But also the Latino community, Asian community, and every other community that’s willing to come here and help us out, ’cause we obviously need some help. We need some wisdom from someplace else. ‘Cause what we’ve come up with here don’t make no sense at all."

* [W]hat about our sisters and brothers that are in prison right now? What about the formerly incarcerated? We need to have a green economy that doesn’t have any throw-away species,… resources,… [or] any throw-away people either."

* "If all you do is have a clean energy revolution, you won’t have done anything…. If all we do is take out the dirty power system, the dirty power generation in a system, and just replace it with some clean stuff, put a solar panel on top of this system, but we don’t deal with how we are consuming water, we don’t deal with how we are treating our other sister and brother species, we don’t deal with toxins, we don’t deal with the way we treat each other; If that’s not a part of this movement,… this is all you’ll have: You’ll have solar-powered bulldozers, solar-powered buzz saws, and bio-fueled bombers, and we’ll be fighting wars over lithium for the batteries instead of oil for the engines, and we’ll still have a dead planet. This movement is deeper than a solar panel! Deeper than a solar panel! Don’t stop there! Don’t stop there! No, we gonna change the whole system! We gonna change the whole thing! We not gonna put a new battery in a broken system, We want a new system. We want a new system."

On March 10, 2009, President Barack Obama named Jones to be his so-called “Green Jobs Czar.” Jones’ formal title is “Special Advisor for Green Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation” for the White House Council on Environmental Quality.

In a July 2009 interview with Newsweek magazine, Jones said he could not explain exactly what a “green job” is: "Well, we still don’t have a unified definition, and that’s not unusual in a democracy. It takes a while for all the states and the federal government to come to some agreement. But the Department of Labor is working on it very diligently. Fundamentally, it’s getting there, but we haven’t crossed the finish line yet."”

Over the years ahead you will decide what sort of people to support with the total of your lives work. They could be terrorists trying to keep other mad types at bay in the gutter. They could be democracy against terrorists and other life abuses and abusers. They could be some off-shore enterprise looking for security from both debt-ridden democracy or terrorists who could take up off shore power too. This ethical offshore group would also aim to take the benefits of planet life to its safest future as gene and age problems grow medically, as its investors would be most likely be its first benefactors medically. Eventually the earth must be taken from the classes of consistent violence, as it seems improbable that they could handle the ever-growing power of technical power responsibly.

When will it happen and how depends on how it is resisted by those who could resist the possibility. Already power lines are being incorporated with trunk communication lines that also carry the bulk of currency. Already robots evolve in all types of environment with surprising frightening possible uses. With all the other dangerous technologies like nuclear warheads its surprising that we have never built shelters as strong as the pyramids. Maybe it has happened before and recycling robots ate the evidence to protect the earth 12 thousand years ago after a big global warm-up.

“Our universe, which consists of EVERYTHING THAT WE DO AND DON'T KNOW ABOUT, is a 21 trillion year-old hologram. All the matter that is in our universe came out of black holes. Under every galaxy, there is a BLACK HOLE from whence everything came. There was a universe that was evolving (the frequency of that universe continues to evolve), and as the universe evolved, those energies that DID NOT WANT TO EVOLVE or were holding themselves back because they were full of fear started to "gain weight," so to speak. These energies, which include consciousness, formed "sacks", which got "heavier". As the UNIVERSE RAISES IN FREQUENCY (color and sound), the pockets of resistance break and explode out . This scenario is apparently what is beginning to happen now in our universe, 21 trillion years after its creation.

Everything in our universe, including us, came from a black hole. The Andromedans say there is no age to us. WE TRULY ARE INFINITE. You can take that any way you want. According to Vissaeus and Morenae, on March 23rd of 1994 a specific COLOR AND SOUND FREQUENCY began to emanate from all the black holes in the known universe. In terms of their science, which goes back along way, this is the FIRST TIME this has ever happened. What this energy and frequency is doing is that it is creating a holographic impression throughout all dimensional levels, of which they say there are eleven creational densities. This new holographic impression has become a 12th density. They say that this new HOLOGRAPHIC IMPRESSION has one frequency - that it does not carry a duality within it.

What this frequency is doing is that it is pulling up all the dimensional levels below it. By December 2013, third density as we know it here will CEASE TO EXIST - it is imploding in on itself as everything is being drawn up. Those on the 11th are going to 12th. We are supposed to go to 4th and then to 5th density. From the Andromedan perspective, 4th density is a consciousness. It is where an entire race is TELEPATHIC with each other, they are aware of each other, they feel each other - they are of one mind, separate individuals but still one. Fifth density is where we would be considered from the third density as being light. This is what is GOING TO HAPPEN TO US, no later than 2013, based on their science.

There are individual consciousnesses that have appeared in this 12TH DENSITY HOLOGRAPHIC CONSCIOUSNESS. They apparently are like nothing that has ever been seen before. The Andromedans don't know who they are, what they are, and don't know even how to describe them. But, apparently these 12th dimensional beings have the capability to gaze down through all of the dimensions and SEE EVERYTHING that is going on there.

As all this is happening, certain essences are starting to "gain weight" because the frequency shifting is "pulling everything up." Those energies that are regressive are starting to "freak out".

According to the Andromedans, every single one of us on planet Earth and 21 other star systems in our galaxy apparently consist of A GROUP OF BEINGS, individual consciousness, that apparently evolved some trillions of years ago to the 11th density. An experiment was conceived where beings would drop down INTO THE CONCEPT OF TIME and experiment with our thoughts CREATING PHYSICAL MATTER. They say that apparently a large group of us dropped down into 3rd density and found a specific race already there with a very specific genetic coding involving 22 different extraterrestrial races. All life on Earth was brought here by traders (Earth lies along a galactic trade route), explorers, miners, joy riders - all different people. Originally, the Earth was in a different orbit, closer to Mars, and NOTHING BUT ICE.

The Alpha Draconians, a reptilian race composed of master geneticists, tinker with life - which from their perspective exists as A NATURAL RESOURCE. The Draconians look at life forms that they have created or altered as a natural resource. Apparently, the Alpha Draconians created the primate race, which was first brought to Mars and then to Earth. The primate race was then tinkered with by many other different races - 21 other races - resulting in the primate race having been modified 22 times. This primate race eventually became Homo Sapien Sapiens - WHO WE ARE ON A PHYSICAL LEVEL. Yes, we used to have 12 strands of DNA. Ten strands were taken out by a group from Orion in order to control us and hold us back. WHY would they WANT to hold us back?

It is interesting to note that all the extraterrestrials seem to want to TAKE CREDIT for our creation. I've heard that it was the Pleaidians that disconnected our DNA in order to make us slaves and so they could control us. Now they are trying to "fix" that in hopes of redeeming themselves so they can continue to evolve.

The reason the Orion group wanted to HOLD US BACK was because they found out who we were on a soul level. Again, according to the Andromedans, we humans are part of a group of energies that they know of as the Paa Tal. The reason that the Andromedans use the word Paa Tal, which is by the way a Draconian word, is because the Draconians have legends about WARRING WITH A RACE that was creating human life forms that were opposed to Draconian philosophy. The Paa Tal created life forms that could EVOLVE ON THEIR OWN, with free expression. The Draconians, on the other hand, created races to function as a natural resource for their pleasure. Two very different philosophies.

The Orion group found out who we were through our extreme span of emotions. We are very, very different than all the other races.”

“The moon is quite the ENIGMA. Apparently, it was BROUGHT HERE 11,213 YEARS AGO in what we know as the month of March. It came here as a base, carrying EXTRATERRESTRIALS COMING HERE TO COLONIZE. They did in fact colonize. Many of what is left of them are LIVING UNDERGROUND ON EARTH from 100-200 miles beneath the surface. Now, I've gotten a lot of threats for talking about this, but I'm just not going to shut up. The beings that brought this satellite in orbit around Earth are RESPONSIBLE FOR OVER 31,000 HUMAN CHILDREN DISAPPEARING FROM THE SURFACE OF THE EARTH. Over 100,000 children per year are vanishing from the surface of the Earth, and the world GOVERNMENTS KNOW about this. There was a full-out war on the moon ABOUT 9,600 YEARS AGO between the Orion Group and the Pleiadians. They are now AT WAR AGAIN, and there are skirmishes happening now outside our solar system between the Pleiadians and the Greys.”

“Many of the pictures that you have seen from the surface of the moon were faked, because the actual pictures showed that there was "stuff" all over the place. Yes, they did go, but there was manipulation of the result involved. The United States government has 53 of its own disks stationed on the moon. The astronauts were told to shut up and not say anything. The gravity on the bottom of Copernicus crater is equal to that in Chicago, Illinois. Apparently, it is not the rotation of planets that creates gravity, but some aspect of solar radiation. I know this flies in the face of what you have been told, but it is a fact. Now, our moon does not turn on its axis. We always see only 59% of it. Our moon is the only one that does that. The depiction of NASA's view of how moon bases would look in a 1958 issue of National Geographic is in fact exactly what they actually built on the moon in February 1958. When Kennedy said "we are going to send men to the moon," part of our government - the NSA - was already there. The humans on the moon are Aryans by birth, there with extraterrestrials. You can read between the lines to gauge the implications of that last statement.

Now, you don't hear much about the Russian space program, but let me tell you something. They are also a major player on the moon. They don't work for us, but for the international bankers, who are the new "priesthood".

According to the Andromedans, there were 9 huge domed cities on the moon on the far side, and these domes housed up to 5 million extraterrestrials at one time. There was water, vegetation and everything. These covered hundreds of square miles. When Richard Hoagland shows you pictures of the "shards" that are miles in height, he's right. There's an atmosphere on the far side of the moon. The astronauts took pictures of clouds.

Along the equator on the far side of the moon, there is a pyramid. There are four pyramids on the moon. According to the Andromedans, almost all the planets in our solar system have pyramids on them. Some people say they are tombs, but the Andromedans say that these are "weights", and if you put them in strategic location they balance the rotation of the planet. This means if the ET's are there colonizing, the planetary system needs to be balanced. That's why the pyramid at Giza is exactly dead center of the landmass on planet Earth.”

“MARS:

During the period 69 million years ago on Mars, the planet was much like Earth, and they had a war on the planet. Many of the animal life forms that were on Mars are now on Earth, and when we get to Mars as a race, we will find that there were dinosaurs and many of the same animals that we find fossils of now on Earth. Mars was pulled from its original orbit and rolled three times. The water moved everything. The bases on Mars were reactivated in 1989 when Orion troops landed and took over colonies that were settled by humans from Earth. These beings are into control. There is no such thing as self-rule in the Orion Empire. There is only one nation on Earth with experience in self-rule - the United States. This is why the focus is on destroying the United States. It's Sumeria and Egypt all over again, except on a grander scale. This is the reason the Andromedans are coming back, because some 300 years into our future there is tyranny. It has all been traced back to our solar system. We're in the middle of it.”

“Crop Circles and Hale-Bopp:

I have asked about crop circles, which the Andromedans say embodies 5th dimensional geometry, and I have been told that there are two groups leaving the crops circles. They are showing up in the United States, primarily along fault lines on the West Coast, and are suppressed by the media and the federal government. They are making sure that as soon as they are discovered they are destroyed. One group leaving the crop circles is the Andromedan Council, which is made up of 139 different races, which is putting this coded information into the Earth to help stabilize it from Earth calamities - they are trying to buy us time. Other crop circles are being left by the Orion Group. Where are they coming from? From Hale-Bopp. Hale-Bopp is not a comet. It has an atmosphere. It has changed course four times and will change course two more times before it comes back.

There is also a similar object coming from the constellation of Cancer that is on its way here. I am told that there are two planetary bodies in the tail of what we call Hale-Bopp, and when it passes through our solar system again those two structures or planetoids will move out of the "tail" and move into an orbit around Mercury. This is in the period February-March 2010 and they are going to tell us "we're here" for sure. That's the latest time they can arrive. It is the highest probability that in November of 2010 after Spielberg's movie about Area-51 is released, they are going to start telling you thing, such as the fact that they are picking up signals. The truth is, they started picking up signals back in 1960, and they were already on the moon with extraterrestrial help. The whole thing is a nested conspiracy, and it is all for the purpose of keeping is fat, dumb and stupid. They don't want to "spook the herd", as a friend of mine said.

It is because "they" fear us. If we stand together and ask for benevolent help, folks, its going to be there. In fact, I have been told that the Andromedan Council has decided to directly intervene, but I don't know how. Right now, as I have said, the Pleiadians are in full-fledged war outside our solar system. There is increasing death on both sides. The Hubble Telescope sees it. In fact, there are two Hubble Telescopes - not just one. The Russians sent one up, but you are not being told about that. The Andromedans also say that we currently have two suns in our solar system, but because of the position of Earth, we never see the sister sun. You could see it, though, from the inner planets. They rotate around each other.

Cydonia is in the Northern Hemisphere, and that area was once covered by water. It is along the equator where most of the colonization occurred. Before most of the larger cities on Mars were destroyed, they existed in the Southern Hemisphere. Phobos is home to a lot of Greys at this time.”
