Grundy county sewage spill

“anyone heard if the 100k gallon spill affects the SCRA. I was going down there next weekend, but not if it's gonna be all poopy.”

“I don't think that spill effects that area, I think that spill is flowing west, into the elk river”

“Wow ---- I've never heard of 100,000 gallons of raw sewage with a silver lining before.”

“Sewage spilled onto the ground and into Juanita Creek early Sunday when a steel wall at Monteagle’s primary treatment basin No. 1, built in 1986, collapsed.

Can anybody guess what the worker that saw this happen said?”

“They said they're not sure where it's heading. I always thought $h!t flowed downhill”

“It did flow downhill. Pelham is at the base of the mountain. There's a slight chance I'll be in the South Cumberland area this weekend, currahee. I'll let ya know how it smells.”

“That sucks big time because the Elk river was great for canoeing/yaking last time there (06) and there was big trout fishing.
Had a great 14 mile water trek with Stew, Supertroll, RichDude, and firebeaver. Nasty now I bet, and sadly.”
