This trip will be at 3.5 weeks post-op and the bone isn't considered "clinically stable" until 5 weeks.

My youngest is something of a comedian and he does a wicked Sean Connery.
He and one of his pals sing a duet of "Luck Be A Laddie Tonight", complete with their best Scottish accents, as part of a team stand-up thing.

“I am leaning towards calling off the trip. The weather is not looking good this weekend, lots of rain. I don't want to take a one yearold on a camping trip when it's going to rain all weekend. I'll finalize tomorrow morning, but if the forecast does not improve, we won't make it.”

“we're going to camp tonight only at French Creek State Park and tomorrow go to Hopewell Furnace Village National Park.”

“I guess we'll be around here on National Trails Day weekend. 1st Sat in June is a civic festival in Boiling Springs where the Thai food truck sets up on the street where I used to live and a few thru-hikers stop by. I don't think we've taken Laurel up Pole Steeple yet though.”

“I'm flushing too... We have listed the house for sale and I have two weeks to get it presentable. Fat chance....”
