“It did get pretty rough here. I was out turkey hunting on Saturday when that storm popped up out of nowhere. Got to the truck about 5 minutes before the hail storm. That some storm formed the tornado that hit the 'Boro. I called a friend at the Nashville Superspeedway and they were taking shelter. Another front came behind that storm and hit us hard in Spring Hill. There were prayers going out to all involved all weekend.”

“Binks is alive and well. We visited his 4th store today in Hillsboro and low and behold, there he was, in the flesh. He is getting ready to open his 5th store soon in Clarksville. He no longer carries gear. Like most outfitters, he couldn't sell enough of it to make a living. He said he didn't have time to hike anymore, but I told him to be on the lookout for TC5. One never knows...he may show up on the trail somewhere.”

“He is doing the smart thing. Told me people who had any interest in gear would come in, feel and touch the goods, then go home and buy them online.

He ditched that experience to sell TNF fleece. All the soccer moms can now doll up, put on their boots and hike the mall.”
