Anyone have any experience with trigger points? I've had good success in the past with plantar facsitis, and now am having some knee pain of unknown origin, and have some very tender places below the knee I was wondering if they were the same thing. Opinions?

Sunny I have used the trigger point therapy before for neck and head stuff. It has worked for hip injuries too. I would suggest a professional LMT and let them direct you.

Trigger point therapy...is that like the three headshots at once used on the Somali pirates?...(Never mind...wrong thread!)
