New members Can't Sign Up!!!

It's seems that the website is not allowing new members to sign up and join!!! I tried it myself with a new name and have not received a conformation email er nutin!!
Maybe if we all start sending emails they will fix it.. or maybe it’s not broken and there just is not enough room??
