Really tempting, but I was good and kept my money. Who needs more gear anyway?

i have always wanted this pack but one hundro twenty five was way too much for me. the original jam pack was a classic. i have used the jam2 ONCE and it was outstanding. it will be a good replacement for my aging gg vapor trail and that's saying a LOT.

i got a Wisp windshirt and Virga jacket. My old rainjacket now wets through along the shoulders and back (where the pack rode against it for several years).

Golite has some stuff on sale now, specifically, umbrellas. So I tried to buy one for my wife but their website is totally impossible. You have to sign in with your email, then use a password, but not the password you used before or any one you used for the last four times. What is the point of a new password everytime you shop? Nobody does this, it's like they don't want to sell stuff.

I guess if they don't sell anything then they don't have to do any customer service.

I went thru the arduous process to get the deal...an umbrella that weights 8oz for $14.

So weird. You never see the shipping amount until you commit to buy. It was free shipping! Seems like they would tell you that upfront as an incentive to buy. Oh well, I should've bought two of them.

They do actually have some good sales going now and it appears the shipping is free.
