Ape needs help updating email!

Anyhow, I cannot update my email here. Does someone regularly speak with Elise? An email never comes to my new address to update it, and I've not been able to get ahold of Elise. I cannot find where it might come to me as spam. Can anyone here hep me? traceeray@verizon.net”
