Friday: Lunch and Dinner.
Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Sunday: Breakfast and Lunch.

My buddy that lives near Pruitt bailed, he went on a Wyoming trip instead. We will have to work the shuttle with our two trucks Friday morning. (Darn retired people and their meandering ways)”

I've got a friend at work that may help us with shutteling, he's gonna be on vacation. I'll know more on that later today when I see him at work.

I wanted to tell any and all foreigners coming here about the water in the River, which we'll all be drinking. I know everyone's different but I've noticed that the water gives me heartburn sometimes. I am prone to heartburn anyway so maybe that's part of the problem but I've gottn into the habit of packing my favorite antacid because it really sucks trying to sleep with heartburn.”

I can haul six (in the cab) plus gear. If push came to shove, you guys can draw straws for who rides in front and who rides in the back with the gear.

We can leave one vehicle at Pruitt, and take the other to Ponca. We can shuttle drivers back to their vehicles with the other truck. We will have to take mozark and NGB back to Kyles to pick up their vehicles and then go on to Ponca to pick up the other truck.

Looks to me like we are good to go.

Randall gets into LR at 5:45, so I don't expect to get to Ozark campground until 8 or so. We want to have breakfast no later than 8 (preferably 7:30). We should be able to hit the trail by 10AM at the latest. Assuming a slow stroll taking time for photo ops, we can cover the 10 miles in about 5 hours, I would think. 6 max if we stop often.

That should put us at Kyles well before dark. I think jerbear and mozark are taking care of the firewood and will meet us there. NGB and stomper will get there between 9 and 10.

It would have been horrible hiking weather. Hopefully, this will move out by mid week.”

Is the plan to camp at Kyles Landing camp ground proper or camp on the trail close by?”

Use caution on the access roads going down to the campgrounds. They are steep and narrow in areas. They are maintained by the Park service and are usually in good shape but the recent rains may have wash boarded them.”

I drive a tan or gold colored 2006 Ford 4 door pickup. I will try to get a spot on the river side of the campground. I think there is a 6 person limitation on the spots. Do we need two for Thursday night?”
