Sincere questions for big kids from big kids seeking sincere answers.

Can’t ask a simple question without being personally attacked? Feel like your questions are being dismissed without EVER being answered? This is the place for us big kids to ask our questions and have another big kid provide an answer.

Don’t know the answer?
Don’t have an answer?
Don’t worry, this thread is not for you.

Have an answer?
Give an answer!

See how it works? It’s pure genius, really. No more sniping or name-calling. Just real questions and answers from real people.

(There’s no way this can fail.)

Labeled as fuego for your protection.

Two questions and no answers yet?

"Q: Why do libbies hate America?"

A: Libbies hate America because America laughs at them.

Libbies also hate themselves---mostly they hate themselves for loving you.

A: I think they sometimes try to walk away but end up running back.

Why was Bush castigated for the term WMD which he never used...but PrezBO gets away with Kill the Elderly which he clearly said?

for someone so caught up with Orwelian literature, you seem pretty hellbent on perpetuating an untruth. Maybe you need the cliffnotes

Don't ever let it be said that pepsi doesn't use personal insults in his arguments.

Q: Why was Bush castigated for the term WMD which he never used...but PrezBO gets away with Kill the Elderly which he clearly said?”

A: Because libbies hate America. (see question #1 and try to keep up please.) And Daddy-O didn't say 'Kill the Elderly', I think he said 'Kill the White People.' (Or else that was Eddie Murphy. Someone else jump in here if I'm wrong about that.)

that's right... I'll take your word for it. You definitely have lots of credibility on this board.

So, after the week or two of denying that you are, indeed, Sarge... you have finally admitted it, right? Just checking...

reality means more than credibility

credibility is a subjective human concept

sorry, my mistake.

So the reality of it is that you are indeed Sarge, right? Just a quick reality check here...

Big Boy question

If the rather attractive blonde in the office downstairs (who strangely just got divorced) wants to go camping and she asks you while wearing her RATHER transparent white shirt and a VERY thin bra....

Do I mention the camping trip to other friends who like camping?

Would now be an OK time to request someone give us the genral high points of our federal government's achievements in the following:

*Ability to keep any service they provide in the black

*Being fiscally efficient

*Being financial equitable to all classes

*Lack of corruption

*Lack of influence by lobbyists/special interests

*Lack of being in bed with big corporations

Fully provide this information I might consider reviewing the reasons why you think the federal government is best equipped to run my healthcare.”

Q: Why does the government need to take over our healthcare system?

To bring light on the rationing that they do, not that the gov. will be any better.

If the gov. had the ability to pass the cost of services on to the client as fast as the HC insurance co's do, health care would cost just about as much as it does now, Almost.

What I was trying to say. If we start now, we could change our school system to train only to types of citizens. Divide the populace into half patients and half doctors. Each patient could be like MJ and have his own personal doctor.
As long as no doctors or patients would use government money we would have perfection.

LOL..anyone catching the hilarious crap going on with Big Pharma?

Apparently 2008 was the first year they gave more money to Dems than Republicans....

So PrezBO owes them, and now it looks like his consituents are getting pissed cause he cannot hang it to Big Pharma....

Regarding Y2s pdf post:

http://commerce.senate.gov/public/_files/PotterTestimonyConsumerHealthInsurance.pdf

The word “profit” is used 12 times. When is it okay to make a profit? When is it not? Who should get to decide?

Insurance companies continue to raise costs. Okay, how high can they go before no one buys? What happens to an insurance company that raises its costs so high no one buys?

Purging: is it wrong? Why? When and in what business is purging okay? Do you practice a form of purging when you run your household budget?

Should the customer who consumes twice as much as you pay more for their consumption?

Cherry-picking. You have a choice between two contractors. One is in perfect health, the other has one arm and asthma. You are paying by the hour to have your house painted. Who do you hire?

What is undersinsured? How many people are uninsured/underinsured by choice? How many are uninsured or underinsured temporarily?

What happens when Uncle Sam realizes that it underestimated costs in year one of its healthcare system?

How many examples of successful government-run programs can you name?

Convince me.

From the same testimony in case nobody read it: "Ten percent of the population accounts for two-thirds of all health care spending."

Find out who than 10% is and bring them to a HCR town meeting, then piss off the guys outside with the guns. We would have enough money to invade the rest of the world in no time.

That's very true, nc. I've about got the payments to BlueCross/BlueShieild I've made for 25+ years paid back to me in the form of hospital bills. It's a good thing I worked hard for all those years so I could have good health insurance and didn't have to have Obamy's care.

You know, backing up Stovie here. I have a friend who makes about $23,000 a year. Now he has health insurance (its catastrophic granted but its there) sure it costs, and sure he cannot have a BASS BOAT or new toys but hey he does have it.
