“I'll be coming south on I 81. Which is better, through Ithaca to Elmira then south into PA, or to Binghamton, west on 17 to Sayre and south on the 220?

I remeber there was a road south of a town whose name I don't remember that led directly to the campground. What's the town and the road's names?
