Kings Canyon 4 day trip

“A few friends and I are headed to Kings Canyon for a 4 day, 3 night backpacking trip. We'd like to do between 8 to 12 miles a day. We've never been to Kings Canyon (you can usually find us in Yosemite, Ansel Adams or Desolation Wilderness) and don't know much about the trails there. Does anyone have route/trail suggestions?

“I have only done a dayhike there up to Paradise Valley (from Road's End trailhead) and is was so pretty--great views, Mist Falls was very fun. Have heard great things about the Rae Lakes Loop and hope to do it someday.”

I'm suppposed to head over Kearsarge in a week for a nine day, solo trip. Pick a route and go. I've been everywhere you have too. Many times.”
