1 night at Bearpaw high Sierra camp?

“Hi- I have a reservation for one night at Bearpaw High Sierra Camp in the Sequioa National Park on September 17th-18th. It is for a canvas tent with two twin beds, meals included. My deposit was $385.04. I now have to go on a business trip to NYC (I know..giving up a wonderful hiking trip to go into the crazy city..) I missed the 60 days for full refund and if I cancel I lose the $385.04. They did say someone could take over my reservation with no problem. You would have to pay me then I switch the reservation to your name. It is a hike in camp - 11.5 miles on the High Sierra Trail.
