Hello! Wanting help

I'll explain a little bit about myself before asking for your help dear reader. I cannot ask for advice and get a helpful true response if I don't give much information about myself and am true.

Information on me:
My name is Marinia. I am a 19 year old female. I dropped out of college this past semester after realizing it's not really for me, yet at least. I find I'm pretty caring so I connect easily to others. But I'm pretty unique. I used to want a pretty conventional American Dream style life. I went to college for this exact reason to go to better myself, blah blah blah. I found I couldn't force myself into an education for a career I wasn't sure of and didn't want. I'm not materialistic. I just am happy most times because I have a loving family and friends. I hardly watch t.v. or use the internet. I have adequate shelter, food, and a steady income. I want nothing more. I don't need money. My friends and family (well most) understand this. Some are very supportive, others very judgmental. Either way, I do want something more than anything. To go backpacking! In Europe!!!

Reasons for wanting to go backpacking:
-I love cities and small towns both. I can't settle between the two. I also love geographically different places. FROM MY VERY LIMITED EXPERIENCES:this is because I feel that Europe, being made of many close countries, can offer this much more easily than here in the US. Maybe this is just simple Iowan logic?
-I hate being stuck in one place at a time. This connects to the latter reason. I love the freedom of being able to move around. I love the idea of getting bored with a place or just wanting to escape so I just go to another country because it'll be close enough.
-I have a culture craving. Yes you can gain culture here. There is plenty of it. I'd rather see the birthplace for the origin for many things though. I feel that would be more authentic.
-FROM TRUSTED ADULTS IN MY LIFE: they easily made money or found a place to stay on nights for an exchange in labor or whatever they were needed for while they were backpacking. I feel working odd jobs would be easy to do there. I just know/ think many people in the US here would be so off put by a person begging for a shelter or food.”

A good buddy went to Spain over the summer and spent most of the time locked in their room due to a travel advisory because of rioting. Italy, Portugal, Greece, even Britain has unrest right now. I love the idea but now may not be the best time. Good luck”
