Men in Tights!

“I liked my leg warmers on the Pecos trip. Easier to get on and off than tights when worn with shorts.

I've been wearing a lot of lycra with all of my bike riding. One of the benefits of so much riding is seeing so many fit women in lyrca. :D”

The REAL weight on my scale is 1.7 ounce.
They are darker than I thought they would be. Very warm. I'm gonna try them this weekend in the field.

“How ironic! Sunday night I took a photo of two 9th grade boys at a school Halloween party and they were dressed like Robin Hood.

In the photo they posed with arrows pointed and strings drawn on their boys. I put a kicker of "We aim to please" on the photo and in the cutline said, "Fresh'Men in Tights.'"

“A man in our Scoout troop (he shall remain unamed) who's hiked for decades has a favorite pair of silk tights for cool hiking weather. The problem is, he doesn't wear undies under them, so as he's walking Mr. Happy pops out to say "hello" to passers by!”

“One big advantage tights have for hiking is that there isn't a bulky waistband to chafe up your hips from too much fabric under the hipbelt. Cyclists have been using tights for many years, but for some reason few hikers seem to wear them. You can always wear a pair of running shorts over them.”
