Did Someone Say "N.J."?View MessagesViewing posts 1 to 8 of 8 messages posted.
Did Someone Say “The rest of the Subject was supposed to be "N.J.?" Oh Well, I might as well start out screwing up, & set low expectations from the get go. ANYWAY, last week there was a thread about MOM doing the AT, & I noticed some one from N.J. was offering to help. Would that person (or anyone else) be willing to do a shuttle from DWG to the N.Y. line around May 20? Any other info about N.J. AT would be welcome. TIA” 8:01:03 AM 2/14/01 RE: Did Someone Say “That would have been me. I have no idea what DWG is. You can't e-mail me at the address in my info, or AIM, or ICQ me.” 9:56:41 AM 2/14/01 RE: Did Someone Say “Tea, I think that would be the Delaware Water Gap” 10:05:34 AM 2/14/01 RE: Did Someone Say “Well now that makes sence (sp?). In that enlightment then I think it was Amy G that was talking about the AT in that area. S8 I live in northern NJ, and I don't believe that I have ever been to the DWG.” 11:02:36 AM 2/14/01 RE: Did Someone Say “There is some good info about AT in NJ at http://members.aol.com/visitnj/index.html The Applachian Trail Conference maintains a list of people who provide shutttle services. They can send the info by email. There is also an online database of AT shuttle services at http://www.trailplace.com/shuttles/shuttles_index.html” 1:41:31 PM 2/14/01 RE: Did Someone Say “sirpeteofmillwork lives only mins away from DWG.” 7:49:33 PM 2/14/01 RE: Did Someone Say “yes that was ME leaving the welcome mat out for mom and I extend that same invitation to you also. I only live a few minutes from the gap and I see no problem with a shuttle just e-mail me when your gunna be around. Heck if you don't mind the company I might just do a little of that section with ya. I'm not sure where you are from but this section of the AT is fairly easy, a lot of ridge running and short drops into gaps and stuff.” 8:41:38 PM 2/14/01 RE: Did Someone Say “Thanks for all the INFO - I'm emailing Ice Tea N' sirpeteofmillwork” 8:55:21 AM 2/15/01
