I visited the Discovery Center last year with my daughter and some friends. It is nice and appears very new. It is located on the North Shore of Big Bear Lake (elev. approx 6000 ft.). Big Bear is a mountain community with everything (fishing, boating, camping, skiing, shopping, restaurants, scenery, off-road, hiking, etc.). Just passin' the info along...you never know who may be interested.” 10:03:50 PM 2/14/01
