TT trip calendar
Wasn't there recently some discussion on a TT trip calendar where one could go and see planned trips? I looked in the threads and I looked at the link on Phil's page but it was blank.

A calendar like this would help last-minute planners like myself make it to lots more of these trips (mebbe that's why there isn't one LOL).

I've been here for 2 1/2 years now and y'all are getting to be like family. Pictured Rocks last summer was an eye-opener. I didn't think I'd like group trips but I was looking at it all wrong.

I should be able to get out a lot this year. I made a promise to myself to go on as many group hikes as I can this season, mebbe even make it out to the West Coast for the first time. I'd surely like to meet more of you.

RE: TT trip calendar
Good observations.

I will put trips on the calendar upon request. Someone needs to email me the basic information for each trip that is to be posted. I don't want to presume that every trip discussed on a thread is "open to the public" or that those involved want the trip publicized. It is hard to keep up with everything going on.

I can update that page fairly easily because there are not pictures or graphics.

Send trip info to: prrosenkrant@csupomona.edu

RE: TT trip calendar
Just a reminder that we do have a trip calendar linked to the Photo Page. It is the fourth link down in the top-center section.

I will not post a trip unless requested to do so. Email requests are preferred because there is no guarantee I will be scanning threads for trip requests.

You can see the type of information posted--simple and quick. Please include the state if you can. People like me don't know where things are on the East Coast unless you mention the state. If you create a web page for the trip or want to link to another resource, provide a link and I will include it.

Some people may not want their trip on the calendar, so I am not assuming anything.

I haven't seen any other website that has as much going on and available as TT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE!
