So last night I went and saw the Fetchin Bones reunion gig here in Charlotte. Last time I saw them was on their last tour in '89 when I was just out of high school.

Interestingly enough I now work with their drummer and play a little music with him on the side.”

“I might have to get it. I'd be kind of skeered of a TKK show. I picture 50-60 yr olds squeezed into leather that barely fit them 30yrs ago.

The puppy show was awesome. cEvin Key walked right past us just before they went on. And Nivek Ogre even smiled a few times. I think he's kind of gotten to that point. You know, just happy that people still love them. I might have a few pics of it but only on my cell.

This kid just turned 21 and he's really got the chops.
There seems to be a bit of Rory Gallagher, and some other late greats, in this guy's playing and singing and song-writing.

They played at a little dive in D.C. Monday night and if I had been ambulatory I would have driven the 50 miles to see them.

I wonder what these kids from The Isle of Man thought when they got a look at The Rock And Roll Hotel and it's environs on H Street NE, D.C.
