It's 36F outside. It's been raining hard since last night about ten. It was sleeting, raining, and snowing today at lunchtime. All at the same time! The wind is blowing no less than 40 MPH. By the time this is over we'll have about 3-4 inches of rain. If this is Spring I want February back cause it was a lot warmer!”
