Just because the production of that barrel of spit from under the tundra won't mean DIDDLY to world production numbers. And that oil WILL flow straight into the aggregate supply of oil around the globe, not into some special "for texans, republicans and other morons" reserve, and the price of oil will NOT change one iota. The spot price of oil per barrell will still be determined by mideast production.
