RE: mountain cams
I check the one on Crystal Mtn. fairly often, it's great when Rainier is bathed in sunshine (like today).

These are good for checking conditions around the country.

Mt. Washington, NH

Half Dome

Lake Tahoe

Thanks, switchback

RE: mountain cams
Not a mountain cam, but a camera set up on the Washington Mutual building in Seattle that shows two nesting Peregrine Falcons. This pair has nested here yearly since 1995. The chicks hatched earlier this week and should fly away in about 6 weeks. Check it!

kleetn, I've always wanted to check that link, but never have. It WAS sunny in WA until this afternoon. I checked out the link, but it isn't connected right now. The birds must be want some "down time".

RE: mountain cams
Here's a good link to ski resort cams. But this is a bad time of the year to be looking at ski resorts.

RE: mountain cams
Ive been wondering how you guys put the hyperlinks in here. Are you pasting from a word processor, or what exactly? This computer stuff's still kind of new to me.

Do a search for "the HTML thread;" Ice Tea has a real good tutorial there.

Example of HTML:
blah blah blah

Now, replace the [] with <> and you get
blah blah blah

Capice?
