our AT trip

“Just to update everyone on how the plans are going as far as our AT hike.we had to change our plans because of circumstances beyond our control. but that isnt going to stop this trip. we are leaveing here July 22 to spend a week in South Florida, then from there were going to Maine by bus. we start southbound Aug 6th. were getting very excited and things are finally looking very good for the trip. we plan on taking a very long AT hike as were going to have to hike through the winter.( Thats ok all our gear was winter gear to start with) We have Built our temp. house to live in till we leave and finished a 12 x32 house for under 2000 dollars. (It looks like a big covered wagon, pictures comming) Anyway the trip is still on , anyone want to join us?”

“Hey MOM, we might be able to meet up with you guys when you get south of Shenandoah NP. Do a couple of days with you guys. We will have to figure the time frame so I can figure out a schedule.”

“Bill says to tell you all hi! Bill is useing the patch to quit smoking and is doing very well. our oldest son quit too. Im quitting right after Bill but cant afford two of us on the patch at the same time.NOT carrying smoks to heavy. so they gotta go.Pipe ,,,,well ,,,, maybe if the patches dont work.but dont tell Naked hell get mad at me. Dont worry about it walkin. me and Bill have been so busy building the temp house that I forgot too. well get it together pretty soon.Im not sure exactly when we will be where yet but were working on it. our itinerary was to go northbound and now we have to redo the whole thing. but I will stay in touch i promise. we should have access to the internet the whole trip so everyone can keep up.I havent gotten the bumper stickers yet but are planning a trip over to hot springs as soon as we get moved in to our new house Ill let everyone know then.”
