We should have an affirmitve action program for police shootings and beatings. Each ethnic and class grouping would recievie beatings and killings in proportion to their representation in the population. If 5 poor black kids were shot and killed by the cops, but no white kids, some whites would need to be shot and killed by the cops. For starters all the facts are not in yet.
Something the media FAILED to mention to the nation is that since '95 14 or 15 black men have been shot and killed and of those 14 or 15 blacks, 11 of them were pointing a gun or firing at the cops.

This black man that died had 14 plus warrants out for his arrest. Hence the run. Most of the warrants were traffic related from what I have heard. When you run from the law, you are admitting to them that you have done wrong. Call it self incrimation.

I and the public have yet to hear the officer in question side of the story.

This riot will do NO GOOD for our town or any town for that matter. So MTN GAL, I doubt know how you can beleive that. But then again you live in the Militia State of the Free world. I would fathom to guess that there are more blacks in this Tristate city then in your entire state. If you would like to see how much good a riot will do for a community head to sections of Detroit or Newark and Philly, Watts, and locally here Avondale and see what has became of the community.

We are the 7th largest segregated city in the Nation. Soon to be home of some National Underground Railroad Museum that celebrates the flight of blacks from southern slavery. Ironic ain't it.

The black leaders do nothing but preach goodness and they lack control and respect from the displaced black youth. Of course no one will preach violence that is puely stupid and I am sick of all of those ageing King Jr. lovers spewing at the mouth that one line.

They (elders) have nothing in common with the black youth of today. They dress different, talk different, believe in different things. Do you really believe that those vandals are church goers? or listen to their elders more than they do the the rap music that preaches nothing but hatred and violence against others for the most part. Their cry for unity is heard ONLY by those that are trying to help themslves. Thugs could care less about about balck and white unity because they are too entrench in their racial beliefs. BLACKS ARE AS RACIST AS THE NEXT WHITE. We're all bigots and if you think differently just wait till your day will come.

The elders of the black community are way out of touch to the plight of todays young blacks. The young blacks do nothing but alienate themselves further when they don't try to achieve a better life. Which is possible to do if they were to look at the others that have achieved. I fear that Kings message has fallen on many deaf ears of today black youth.

I feel I need a disclaim after this, so I will not deny that I have had negetive racial and prejudice thoughts/actions/whatever against many people of all shades and creeds. I call how I see it. and finally 1 assaulted a cop with a brick breaking his forearm,the suspect fled and grabbed a 2x4 with rusty nails and attacked the cop baseball bat style.

All inquiies into these cases both fed/state found no wrong doing by cops in theses cases.”
