Stovetop Casserole
Did a 3-nite trip to Catskills last week. Twice we enjoyed epicurean feast as per thread title. Most ingredients are obvious. You've gotta have the butter buds.

1. Boil Kraft Mac. as per usual

2. After drained stir in the milk (as per recipe on box), cheese, prepacked f/d or dehydrated veggies, 1 7 oz. pouch of light tuna (rinse and hang the foil pouch with food), a splash of olive oil. Return to simmering stove for just a minute to thicken.

3. Sop-up excess moisture with flavor-imparting butter buds. Enjoy!

I pack butter buds sometimes, they can come in pretty handy.

RE: Stovetop Casserole
Butter buds and oil are a great alternative to ghee.

How many calories an ounce in ghee?
