"So I started to walk into the water. I won't lie to you boys, I was terrified. But I pressed on, and as I made my way past the breakers a strange calm came over me. I don't know if it was divine intervention or the kinship of all living things, but I tell you Jerry, at that moment I was a marine biologist."

No soup for you!!

I've seen a few episodes, Larry is very dry, but the show has its moments, like when he took the hooker to a baseball game, or got caught stealing silverware from a restaurant. Funny stuff!

Obviously I have memorized every Seinfeld episode so I don't get the gut laughs anymore. I weep when I watch 'Curb'. Laugh till I cry.

Just f-in great! I start the thread almost 4 years ago with something that happened to me, and reading the post I simply can't remember the set of circumstances, where we were, who this Doug is, etc. etc. and so on and so forth.

i just watched the first six episodes this week. the plots are even more absurd than seinfeld. a good way to describe the show would be "the real-life george costanza"

"pants tent" HA!

Out of the many great episodes, one that comes to mind is when George eats the eclair out of the garbage pail and gets caught.

One of the funniest lines was when George was caught "pleasuring himself" and his mom tells him he is using his body like it was an amusement park, LMAO:)

Crash, the George character is based on Larry I think. I have the first three seasons of Sienfeld and in the extras most of the George bits were written by Larry and connected to his own experiences.

Seinfeld quotes:

http://www.pkmeco.com/seinfeld/

Seinfeld is on reruns on cable in my locale. When I first saw the concluding episode, I didn't think it was funny. With reruns, you can see alot of shows day after day, and the last episode made more sense.

Haven't seen the "Curb" show yet. Ill look for it.

like, my own personal seinfeld moment, right now
"tickets were like $75"

75 drachmas is like 75 dollars. was it 75 drachmas? 75 dalmations is like 75 dollars. its 75 and it starts with a d and ends with an s. people could save alot of time, energy and breath and just say "tickets were $75". no one knows if you were just approximating and they dont care.

like, :-D
