In Honor of a Good Man
Today at 4:45pm PST, a close relative fell to colon cancer. An American veteran, this man was responsible for building two churches in Mexico with his own two hands and the grace of God. Figuratively speaking, this man climbed many mountains. This man was a hero and I can only hope to be half the man he was.

What's more, he was responsible for raising an honorable and loving family and he kept us reminded of what really mattered. His family was at his side when he passed away.

See you on the other side, Paul. You will be missed.

James

RE: In Honor of a Good Man
I'm sorry for your loss James.
I don't know what else to say that isn't a cliche. He sounds like he was a good man that brought a lot of good to the world, and I think we can all find some peace in that.

"and in the end, the love you take
is equal to the love you make"
the beatles

it is apparent that this man lived the beautiful , fullfilling and loving life the creator intends for us all, how fortunate for you and your family to have experienced and been influenced by passing thru a bit of life time with him.

..'tide rolls in and leaves behind bright seashells on the sand..
the music stops, yet we still hear it's sweet refrain...
the sun goes down, leaving warmth upon the land....
.....for everything that passes, ..
something beautiful remains..."
