Well LD I was going to say it don't matter but you need an attitude adjustment. It ain't funny to fall in when you are PG. Hard enough to get up without that.

I really don't remember doing this. We had been married less than a year and I got up in the night and made chocolate milk. The next thing I knew the bed was soggy. Robert swears I just came to bed and poured it on him.

RE: Your dream hike
About the dream hike... A wonderful, endless, solo winter-long Grand Canyon wander... with some days that are long treks, some days for rest, and some to explore. and perhaps a good man that appears to provide me food and water and fuel at appropriate intervals, and companionship and conversation for a day or two, and then disappears until my next provisions are due...
About toilet seats. I just always check.

RE: Your dream hike
PCT from south up, folled by MTBing in Moab, then maybe some white water to finish it off. All with a beautiful woman, of course.

RE: Your dream hike
hey bacpac..we need to chat sometime and get some stuff ironed out...the boiling was compared to cooking..I boil on the trail, not cook. As for water, I filter..I have a sweetwater, just got it from REI at their anniversary sale..testing it this weekend in NJ.

I'll buy ya a beer (or 2) and we can swap stories!!
