An interesting article by an obvious troll has brought back memories of the changes on the south side of Chicago years ago.

Many black people (Afro-americans had not been invented in those days) drove Cadillacs in Chicago for a simple reason___economics! Longer period loans were allowed on Cadillacs than on other vehicles. Hence, payments were lower and could be more easily handled by people existing on lower incomes.
