“MaryPhyl - Did you ever meet YES DEAR from AZ? He may still lurk around, but rarely posted. His real name is Rolf. He came in for a couple of Southern California outings several years ago. Great guy and very funny. I would like to hear from him again.”

I know a bunch of Grand Canyon hikers. We have a hiking group GCHBA.org that started a couple of years ago. It has turned into a service group--we patch up and clean up and monitor campsites. In conjunction with the GC Pioneers group we keep the graveyard at the canyon looking nice. Some volunteers are spending time at Cottonwood campground checking permits this summer. A fair amount of trail work gets done too although there are pros to do that most of the time. We also post a lot about water availability.

I know most all of the women that have gone on the WWWW hikes--still have not met TXWoodswoman who was there the one year I was not.”

The rules have only just strated to get to me.

I'm wanting to get back on the AT in N. Ga. and keep going north from where I stopped at High Tower Gap.”
