“Southeastern, MT. I live north of the largest city in the state, Billings (about 100,000). LeSubtil, US 2 is quite a bit farther north from where I am at. We call that area the Highline, it is pretty. Cheif, where in NW Wyoming? I used to go to school in Powell.”

“I wouldn't count on doing any hiking this weekend Leatherneck. Forecast says it'll keep raining for awhile, so expect to find even more flooding by the weekend. Also, the fire ants will be everywhere as they re-establish their nests, so if you put a tent down they'll be there and in a bitchy mood.”

“Chief, what do ya' do in Cody? If you don't mind me asking. Also, how does Buffalo Bill Res. look? It can be kinda' lame, but I have been thinking about taking a quick trip down there. (Mostly just an excuse to drive 110 miles for pizza.)”

“You are right about the fire ants. It is alot easier to deal with the rain than those !$%&s.”

“Buffalo Bill Reservoir is the lowest it has been since before they raised the height of the dam. Snowpack up the North and South Fork drainages is poor at best. There is talk of the South Fork actually drying up this summer, which will really suck, as the golf course finally replaced it's aging sprinkler system. Now there might not be any water to run through it.

“It was an absolutely beautiful day!! I got to stay inside. I cleaned my house that has been neglected all semester. I think the dust bunnies under the bed were ready to take over the entire bedroom! AND I got to change diarhea diapers and vomit.

My daughters birthday was a success and I made another new friend. Life is good.

Tomorrow, I get to go through all the summer clothes and do laundry. That there is a recipee for a warm, sunny day. ;o)”
