Pre-Trip Insomnia

“Well, the day has almost arrived! We leave tomorrow afternoon for our four day backpacking/two day whitewater trip.

I always get so excited before we leave for fun and exciting adventures that I can't sleep!!!

This will be my first backpacking adventure, I'm soo excited, but also kinda feel like I'm on my way up the first lift of a monster roller coaster, and there's nothing I can do to get off! But I'm ready to go! I'll put in a report next week.”

I am up at this hour because I have "New Truck" insomnia.
Think I'll go use some gas.”
