MAN! Weminuche was THE BOMB! We hiked 18 miles into Chicago Basin. Spent two nights -
three days. I'll do a report.

We left CO on Sat., 7/21 p.m. We drove down thru NM, and into West TX. I tried to contact Texy Woman from Pecos - the HOTTEST place on Earth - but her number is listed under a different name than what's on her business card - d'oh!

Anyhoo, we drove on into LA the next morning. We spent two days in Acadia... Cajun country! We had a BLAST! We stayed the night at Fosse Lake Point SP. I rented a boat there the next morn, and spent the day exploring the bayous, lakes, and canals. It was alot of fun. It was shore hot, tho - I gare-own-tee! St. Martinville, LA, gets the nod as the BEST town we visited on the entire roadtrip!

We got home to GA on Tuesday, 7/25.

I'm at my step-sister's place in FL doing some odd jobs for her. I'm gonna rent a boat tomorrow and spend the day offshore fishing.

I gotta be back at school next Monday. Where did the summer go?!

“Hey everbuddy. I am sawry that I did not talk to y'all for the long time. When we got back to uor hous there was LOTS of new rats that moved in when we was gone for the long time. I have been reeeel bizzy gettin rats. I got one, then the nother one. All the nother ones are skeerd and runned away.

Ther is somethin rong with my daddy. He has ben tawkin on the fone a lot. The nother day he rode off in the truk and did not let me ride(!) and was gone all day and the nite.

He is bein weerd. He says "Oh Sarabelle - you are the happy nice dog!" and he hugs my nek and gives me good scratches and belly rubs. I theenk bein weerd is the good times for me! (o:3

He got a new pikter book. I seen the pikters and sayed "who is that?" and he sayed...

well, I can not say cuz I can keep the good sekert.

Then one time he was lookin at the new pikters book he got and was cryin like a sissy. Then he gave me hugs and scratches and belly rubs. Weerd!
