LOL...the best Alibi in history, I am interviewing this twit for a series for fires. He has been miradized he has given me a full statement of his innocence. So one of my off duty firemen (casually dressed) is standing there as the guy is chatting on the phone he hears the guy say,"I think I beat these guys too, hell they aren't smart enough to catch me."

This guy is leaning on a squad car, the CAMERA is running, and my digital recorder is sitting RIGHT THERE BESIDE THE Folder, running.

The attorney claims we were illegally recoriding the conversation since there was not "witness" there. We get to court and we submit this off duty fireman as the witness. The suspect gets sworn and states emphatically that the fireman was NOT there. So we show him the fireman in the video. The defendant says,"That is FAKED there was NOBODY around when I told my girlfriend I had set those fires....."”
