“It just occurred to me...
I have about 4 coffee mugs and a coffee maker that makes about 4 cups. I'm sure we could swing making a few pots per morning, but there may be some fightin' over the mugs (so you may want to bring yer own). I do have tons of Maxwell House Masterblend coffee, sugar/honey and non-fat milk.

Mr.Prowler...do you have to sleep outside this weekend? I can assure you the dayhikes we'll be doing will be worth your time and effort. But I do understand, Cincy is what, at least a 5-hour drive to Akron?”

“Want me to bring my stove top perculator Buddur? makes nine cups in a jiffy and is no trouble to drag along. No need to answer...I just will.”

“Will everybody be up for a 3 hour dayhike Sat morning AND another in the afternoon? After dinner maybe we'll go see a few of the glamorized areas to hike around some ledges and do some rock climbing. I also have been planning a 2-3 hr hike Sun morning before everybody boogies (we can make it so y'all can leave straight after the hike, without having to go back to my place)...is that OK with everybody, too?”

You guys are gonna have a blast. Remember, this will be a dayhiking trip...most likely 2 on Sat, one in the morning and another in the afternoon, with a lunch stop at the Winking Lizard in Peninsula, OH, maybe if everybody agrees. Hopefully y'all will allow me to take y'out on Sun morning before y'all leave the area.

Bring yer boots, a hip or daypack, waterbottle, grub or snackfood, camera, etc. PLAN FOR THE WEATHER...we're gonna do it rain, snow or shine.

I got lots of room at my house. Food I'll have to work on. We'll definitly have to stop at the local outfitters, Appalachian Outfitters.

My house is on the SE corner of Kling and Thornton.

I couldn't do the link to the map, I'm HTML illiterate. I'll try to e-mail it to you. Bring yer sleeping bag, we're crashing on the floor, couches, beds, whatever. Sounds like a repeat of the cabin trip!

The Michigan folks are leaving somehwere between 2-5 PM on Friday. You may be able to catch a ride with one of us (me/friend Jodi, birch/sass, or Tarabull/Binra).

I can understand why some need to back out because of prior responsibilities and unforseen duties, but it appears there's been intervention with one of the possible hikers, and I'd like to thank that basturd responsible for disuading from this hike...of course, to each his own. You can hike any trail at any time...but now, you'll never get to hike and see what you would've this weekend. No big deal!”

SG - It will NOT take 4 hrs and 40 min unless you drive like a fool. I promise! It's 200 miles from Novi to Akron... So, even if you drive 60 mph the whole way, you'd still make it in 3 1/2 hours.
