“Today is the last day of my wk. on. So, I'll be seeing you guys later. I'm going on my second backpack this weekend in the Beartooth Mtns. I'm going to Mystic Lake w/ 3 other women. Should be cool. It's a 5 mile trip. I'll let you all know how it went, when I get back to work. Don't anybody get worried if I don't post for the next 7 days. I only post on company time! HeHeHe! I lived in Butte and have Irish (that's weird) relatives there. The "Yaz" in my title is some native Butte speak for you!”

FRIED BEAVER

1 small beaver (20 lbs.), cleaned and skinned, cut into serving pieces, strips or cubes
6 slices bacon
1 tsp. seasoning salt

Remove fat from beaver and soak overnight in cold water. Drain. Cook in small amount of water until tender, then fry with bacon and seasoning salt.

It's more than yumblilicious!!!”
