“Here's a ling to the trip calendar, but it's usually woefully incomplete. For example, it doesn't have the White Mountains trip in September listed yet.

In fairness to Phil though, it's up to us to notify him of trips so he can post them. Otherwise the calendar won't be any good.”

“Mr. Dawg - Mt. Rogers is off Hwy 81 in the South-western part of Virginia. The only real plan to date is that we are going. Mozark is the master-planner for that one and he (and Phil) are out west doing the Llama thing. The Mt. Rogers trip is mostly discussed under the thread Family Forest Fling. Hope to see you there!”

This winter I'm planning to hike the North-South Trail at LBL. It's over 60 miles and I'm going to do it in 3 days. I'm giving myself 4 days (Just in case). (Thursday- Saturday) I'd like to be done & back home Saturday night and have Sunday to rest up.
I don't have a date set yet. Prolly will know a month in advance.”

full moon hike at shining rocks....the full moon is on tuesday oct. 16th. I have that entire week off, I will open a thread...yawn...tomorrow with details, probably should include the previous weekend..for those that cant do a midweek thing, almost a full moon is good too..just more folks out then......
