“After some delays, virus, and software problems, I think I got all the updates in submitted since 7/19. Lots of good pics and interesting people shots. Also added a page of Regulars by State that baume66 developed. I do not plan to update that list religiously, although I will from time-to-time:

“roseymonster - re: bear damage at the trailhead - The idiot who left the food in the car had a $25 citation taped to their back window. People were taking pictures like crazy and shaking their heads at the stupidity. Yes, there were warning signs everywhere.”

On another note: FYI. They have a small shower at the Whitney Portal store (one only) you can use for $3 if it is available. I jumped in within 5 minutes of hitting the bottom. It was great to get clean right away. (I want to personally thank my friend, Jarome, from the SGWA for lending me towel.) After we were all off the trail and showered, we enjoyed one of those famous Whitney Portal Burger plates. It hit the spot.”
