upcoming trips

I've got two trips coming up if anyone would like to come along -

September 14-19, backpacking in Baxter State Park.

September 21-24, camping on Isle au Haut, will be backpacking to the campsite then day hiking.

“I have several trips coming up this fall. I have a feeling I already posted this awhile back... Anyway, I'm going with Mel's llamas in Sept (they had a llama rama category on Jeopardy last night).
In Oct I am going to hike a piece of the AT in Tennessee. End of Oct the boyfriend and I are going to North Bass trail in Grand Canyon. The first week of Nov is a women's GC hike and then the end of Dec we have another one but it is co-ed. If someone is itching to go we could fit one more person on either the Nov or Dec hikes. The Dec hike is partly off trail.”

“I have room for one or two more on my permit in Grand Gulch, UT, Nov 12-15, and could probably add another two. This is a bunch of self-sufficient hikers (I sure hope). Water and weather can be a bit iffy this time of year, but I hear there is plenty of water lately. Will just have to take our chances on winter, and call it when we get closer.
