I'm Back

“I'm back from 53 days in the woods.”

“There are so many "I'm Back" threads that I almost didn't notice you, Tea. Welcome back. How was camp. Did the kiddies play lots of tricks on you? Did you get them back? M&M hasn't been on in a long time. I hope she shows up to say hi to you. Violin has been missing since the thunderstorms Fri., so maybe he lost power in his area. Great to have you back!”

“Hey Tea..great to see you survived a summer at camp..great birth control method, huh?

Now are you ready to be a parent?? NOT!!”

“In Trail talk tradition I have an over all Trip report. I saw many bears, on one day I was a mother bear and her two cubs walking through camp. It was so peaceful, then we scared them away with air horns. I saw a lot of deer in the fields, but not to many in camp. I got stabbed in the eye with a stick while building a council fire. Luckily I can still see, with no problems to my eyes. The past 3 nights I have had a skunk living under the platform under my tent. My job this summer was to teach the young scouts the requirements for 2nd class. And I was a theme character. Every year my camp has a different theme to it, to keep people coming back. We have events and skits that have to do with the theme. This years theme was ?the out back? We did this to mock the survivor shows and crocodile Dundee. Through out the week there are skits concerning the theme and I was one of the main actors. I had to act in front of 400 people every day. That sucked but it was fun. I also earned staff member of the week. All in all it was a great experience but it is still good to come home.”
