“I want to set up an archery range in my back yard. I live in the suberbs, and there are houses all over the place. Do you know what the laws are in NJ for this sorta thing?”

Seriously, call your local Zoning Board. If they don't know, they'll know who will.”

“Steiny is right, Tea. The summer camps have archery ranges, so it must be a matter of feet long vs feet wide, and maybe some training certification or license required. Go to your local municipal office, they are usually much more helpful in person than on the phone.”

10 yards is 30 ft. You could make a good 10 to 15 yard range in the basement if you have one and if it is long enough.”
