“Did you get the package I dropped off at the Wickley Agency? I stopped by at 4:30 today to pick it up but they were closed. I guess they wanted to get out early for the holiday. I hope you enjoyed your stay in the Copper Country!”

“I'm going to stop by tomorrow and pick up those books. Did you get a chance to look at them?

I didn't see any red heads hitching a ride to the airport. I take it you survived. Do we get a trip report? Did you get to take in any of the sites? Did you take any pictures?”

“I got a breif glance at them Monday night after we got back from the Porkies. I survived, but barely. I'll hopefully do a full trip report when I get my slide film developed in a few weeks.

Thurs.-plane diverted to Marquete due to weather
Fri.-chilled w/ relatives, bar hopping at Library and Downtowner
Sat.-Copper Harbor art show, lunch at Loc la belle waterfalls
Sun.-Church,family party with pasties, kayaking on Portage lake,
Mon. morning fight about NRA, stem cell research, politics
Mon.-Porkies-lots of pictures, bar hopping for fish bowls and downtowner,
Mon night/Tues morning - fight w/ parents (we stayed out till 2:30am)
Tues. kayak, swim, leave
Wed. next time vow to either rent car or visit U.P. when other family is not present.”

Reptiles, I got my books. You could have kept all the other literature. When I left the Wickley Agency, I passed a man who said hello but I didn't recognize hime. He was coming from the post office and then proceeded to enter the Wickley office. Was that your future father-in-law, perhaps?
