trips - Cyndeee and Nowslimmer take on Cumberland IslandTrip Info
DescriptionNowslimmer and I are going to Cumberland Island, we will be base camping at Sea Camp. Sunday night we have reservations at Crooked River State Park and will leave on the 9am ferry Jan. 22 for cumberland. will will return on Friday the 26th on the 10:15am ferry to head home. We are planning on renting bikes and doing so day hikes. My knees don't allow me to do alot of milage and i figured doing a combination of both hiking and biking would work for me. We have our ferry(the ferry doesn't run on tues or wed in the winter) and camp reservations already, if you decide to join us for all or part that would be great. Bikes are $16.00 a day.
